Norway: Polar low pressure on the way

A polar low pressure is heading towards the coast of Troms and Finnmark, and it is expected to hit North Troms and West Finnmark this evening.

The low pressure is expected to hit with winds up to a small to full storm, says state meteorologist Karen Jarstø Ervik.

The danger warning is at yellow level.

The strongest wind is expected to be a northerly full gale 25 m/s west of the low pressure. The wind is expected to decrease on Thursday morning, writes the Meteorological Institute.
