Last year was both the third warmest and the third wettest year measured so far, and there was 15 percent more precipitation than normal.
In Nordland, Troms and Finnmark, 2024 was the warmest year ever recorded.
The new records are 1.3 degrees more than normal in Nordland, and 1.5 degrees above normal in both Troms and Finnmark.
