NORDIC WAVE – The Danish Ministry of Defence has announced an investment of approximately 600 million kroner to strengthen training programs for sergeants and lieutenants.
The funds will be used to acquire machine guns, trucks, and night combat equipment, reducing reliance on borrowing from operational Defense Force units.
This allocation comes from the 50-billion-kroner acceleration fund introduced by the government in February. The 600 million kroner marks the latest in a series of purchases aimed at enhancing military preparedness and resources.
The Ministry emphasized its commitment to improving equipment availability and bolstering the effectiveness of training programs for Defense Forces personnel.
